Sabia que 9 em cada 10 empresas a submeter patentes na europa são da área TIC?

Em 2017, mais de 22 mil patentes submetidas junto do European Patent Office provinham das áreas Comunicação Digital e Tecnologias de Computação.

A conferência Software IP Conference, organizada pelo INESC TEC, pretende aumentar o conhecimento dos participantes ao nível da proteção de software, intelifência artificial e blockchain na Europa. Acontece já no próximo dia 16 de novembro, às 09h00, no espaço Atmosfera M. Contará com a presença do European Patent Office e também com diretores de PI da indústria, sendo abordados temas como o Digital Single Market, patent pools em open source, standard essencial patents e patentes em Inteligência Artificial e blockchain. Gigantes como a Ericsson, Telefonica, Qualcomm e Open Invention Network, estão entre os oradores convidados.

O evento é gratuito mas as inscrições são obrigatórias através deste link. A iniciativa é do INESC TEC, com o apoio da ScaleUp Porto e patrocinada pela Patentree.
